Ho dimenticato per sbaglio una collana molto preziosa nel nostro hotel a Parigi. LHost me l'ha restituita senza alcun problema, in modo rapido e semplice, e mi hanno tenuto aggiornata sullo stato della spedizione in ogni fase grazie a un sistema di tracciamento preciso. È arrivata addirittura un giorno prima del previsto!
Ich habe meine AirPods im Hotel vergessen und musste sie nachschicken lassen. Obwohl der Online-Status etwas verwirrend war, konnte ich den Support telefonisch und per E-Mail problemlos erreichen und erhielt schnell eine Rückmeldung. Die AirPods sind dann auch pünktlich angekommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
The service was flawless. I filled out a simple form, and my forgotten dress was shipped from the hotel in Gallipoli to Ljubljana and delivered to my home address within a few days.
