There is nothing better than a fast lost and found return process, to avoid downtime and wasted effort. Our intuitive interface makes staff work simple and fast, and is perfect for satisfying forgetful customers. With a straightforward and quick procedure, the item is entered into the system, and once the customer has chosen the destination and any additional services and has paid for the shipment, the documents and the label to be applied to the package are generated. As soon as possible, the courier then comes to collect it, and every step is monitored by the real-time tracking system.

Our customer support service is available to assist you with special shipments such as, for example, particularly bulky items, shipments consisting of multiple packages, jewelry, and other high-value items.

In addition, it is possible to use our service for your own shipments such as gifts and Christmas presents, shipments of promotional materials, and sending products to the service center. For shipments that do not involve forgotten items, you are entitled to an additional 10% discount compared to the standard rates applied for lost and found.
